Returns and Refund Policy

Home Excellence Inc. is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use noncompliant with safety use, or warnings included in the product packaging. Home Excellence Inc. takes responsibility for its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Home Excellence Inc. will replace, or refund any parts found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws under our limited warranty. All returned warranty-issue merchandise must be properly packed for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition with the original packaging, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip and an explanation of the item's problem.
